Recent Developments: MapView GUI Toolbar Changes

MapView Toolbar is trimmed by implementing the following mouse gestures:

1 click: Value info in LayerControl
Double clicks: Value Info in DetailPage
Draw rect from topleft to bottomright: ZoomIn
Draw rect from bottomright to topleft: ZoomOut
