المساكن التى تم بناؤها بدون تخطيط الدولة وتوصيل مرافق اليها كالكهرباء، المياه، الغاز، الإنترنت و غيرها ... ـ تعتبر سرقة من الدولة بكل دولة حيث ان الدولة هى التى تقوم بخطط التطوير والتنمية لأراضيها وتوصيل المرافق إليها ودون ذلك يعتبر إرهاب وإجرام محلى ودولى على حسب مستوى المجموعة الإرهابية التى قامت بذلك الجرم.

تلك المساكن تدعى المساكن العشوائية الغير مخططة على الإطلاق حيث ان نسبة الجرائم تكون فى الحد الأقصى لها هناك على عكس المناطق السكنية التى تقوم الدولة بتخطيطها التى توفر بها نسبة أمان عالى عن طريق وضع نقطة شرطة بنطاق معين.

Besides having an elevator inside a building to facilitate your life a bit, if you can not use the stairs for yourself OR if you want to lift up heavy weights to your flat as furniture for instance without using the difficult traditional way.
