Before exercise:[carbohydrates] => You have to eat something before the exercise to get enough energy to avoid being exhausted -
After exercise:[recovery to build healthy cells)
- Eat nice food 🍽 AKA don't follow fucken rumors 🤮 💩 🤢 regarding healthy foods and diet. Eat/Drink what ever you like, except pork ☠ and alcoholic drinks ☠ and nasty food like dead animals ☠.
- Allowed animals (Cow 🐄, Sheep 🐑, Chicken 🐓, Duck 🦆) shall be slaughtered only and this is enough not be killed because it becomes a poison later to the body AKA => BAD CHEMICAL REACTIONS 💥 ☠.
- Vegetables and Fruits.
- Water to hydrate your body well.

After applying this kind of free gyms and roads in the public effectively, then there is no need to the ministry-of-sports which will be an effective cost reduction in a country's money to be distributed over something else useful.
