المساكن التى تم بناؤها بدون تخطيط الدولة وتوصيل مرافق اليها كالكهرباء، المياه، الغاز، الإنترنت و غيرها ... ـ تعتبر سرقة من الدولة بكل دولة حيث ان الدولة هى التى تقوم بخطط التطوير والتنمية لأراضيها وتوصيل المرافق إليها ودون ذلك يعتبر إرهاب وإجرام محلى ودولى على حسب مستوى المجموعة الإرهابية التى قامت بذلك الجرم.

تلك المساكن تدعى المساكن العشوائية الغير مخططة على الإطلاق حيث ان نسبة الجرائم تكون فى الحد الأقصى لها هناك على عكس المناطق السكنية التى تقوم الدولة بتخطيطها التى توفر بها نسبة أمان عالى عن طريق وضع نقطة شرطة بنطاق معين.

This kind of houses are not planned well and have a high rate of criminality/terrorism because it lacks the police existence unlike planned places by government that contains a police station or more based on the developed territory space.

Unfortunately 🤮 not as the case now globally 🌍 when you buy one and wait the extra registration procedures of other utilities for about 2 years or so. Be aware that ministry-of-housing is responsible to provide reachable registration channels to buy such legal fully-equipped-flat from the government to avoid fucken-racism ❤️‍🔥 😈 🤮. Besides having an elevator inside a building to facilitate your life a bit, if you can not use the stairs for yourself OR if you want to lift up heavy weights to your flat as furniture for instance without using the difficult traditional way.

  • be consisted of 4 floors without the ground one that is not suitable for living and shall be used for operations purposes of the building

  • be equipped with a mechanism to collect the trash from the fucken flat to a fucken container in the ground-floor to be collected later instead of throwing it in the streets

• A street shall be equipped with a mechanism to withdraw the water resulted from heavy rains
