  • Minimum bar should be that cice/develop does not have framework changes
  • Can create cice/develop after that is ensured, and perform a "code review" that just checks for our general MPAS conventions.
  • Time-frame on minimum bar could be short, with a potentially longer time frame on the conventions, since it is not a high priority.
  • Review changes can be brought in through a branch, since they are not required for the creation of cice/develop.
