Onboarding - Profile Wizard: Step 3 - Jetpack Connection Flow

This part of the profiler lives on WordPress.com, and will need to be implemented in wp-calypso.

The relevant code for the Jetpack connection process lives at https://github.com/Automattic/wp-calypso/blob/master/client/blocks/login/index.jsx. We will need to work with Calypso/Jetpack teams to inject our own styling and copy. It looks like there is prior art here already to work off of.

The user will also need to be properly redirected after logging in and connecting. They should end up on Step 4 - Store Address.

This issue is mostly completed by the above two Calypso PRs. I'm leaving this open until we can:

• Remove WP logo on the loading page (p1558709053005700-slack-wc-onboarding)
• Update the form inputs to use Muriel styling / components
• Update google sign-in styles
• Final pass through on styles (i.e. make sure header is correct white background color, etc)
