According to #1078, this PR deletes v2 codes and move v3 to top.
Please note after merging this PR at end of Nov. 2021, existing PR will become conflicted. Before that day, we will merge PRs as much as possible.
Whenever a PR is merged into master and master branch updated, I will rebase this PR to follow up. So I leave this PR WIP(draft) for now.
