I don't think this is the right fix. It shouldn't use the smart search endpoint if there's no text in the search box. |

@mertalev I've tested the PR, and it uses metadata search when there is no text in the search box |

Made the behavior consistent between web and mobile.
Search type should default to context, as seen on mobile.
