Currently crash reporting is disabled by default on all Android channels.

Brave Desktop has crash reporting enabled by default for Nightly/Beta.

Need to do the same for Android as it will help to catch bugs and crashes once they are landed into the Nightly/Beta builds widely used by our QA team.

Note: security review will be required for the PR.

We also had to update the website to inform about it.

Related desktop issue is #1630 .
