- Remove jobsuffix from wafs grib1 products, wmo/xtrn* filename
- Add '%VER:%' to ecf job cards
- Change maillist in gcip job to MAILTOgcip and move to ecf script

@aerorahul Yes, the VER changes are made in /lfs/h1/ops/para/packages/wafs.v7.0.0 and I got confirmation from Xiaoxue. |
