From NCO wafs.v7.0.0 parallel run:
For the products of wafs grib1, YYYYMMDD/grib/wmo/xtrn.wfsgfs*.gfs_atmos_wafs_fHH_CC, jobsuffix still uses old gfs name and we actually don't need those suffix anyway. The filename change won't affect users, users will receive headed products which are different from wcoss2 names
