detuneAction also changed to PitchBend Action

Fixes #4174 in the master branch, in order to give a more descriptive name to the mode.

@Anonymouqs thanks, this looks great. I believe this is best targeted at stable-1.2 for our upcoming stable release. Are you comfortable switching the target branch? We'll (well, @liushuyu probably 😄 will) sync it with master soon after it's merged.

This is for #4174, in order to give a more descriptive name to the mode.

FYI, If you put "Fixes #4174" in the subject of the PR or the comment of the commit, it will auto-close the associated bug report. I'll also post it on #devtalk for review.

Ok, there seems to have been a misunderstanding. GitHub allows switching the target branch for a PR without issuing a new one, but you did over in #4194.

We'll sync that in once we sync changes. No need to have two PRs. 👍 Thanks!
