Using data from PDBePISA with the convenience of Python and Jupyter.
This project outputs the complementary DNA sequence of an original sequence, transcribes a DNA sequence to RNA, and translates the RNA sequence to the corresponding sequence of amino acids by identifying the codons that make up the latter.
A set of utilities to aid in nucleic acid analysis.
