Same issue previously encountered with tektoncd/pipeline as described in tektoncd/pipeline#6992 Integration test failure due to metallb version in previous test-runner version not supporting Kubernetes 1.25

No it's still using golang 1.19, it's only the config for kind and metallb that's updated in this bump. See #1507 for the test-runner change, and https://github.com/tektoncd/plumbing/pull/1521/files for the equivalent update previously made to the pipeline jobs |
