This PR adds support for the
Numberprimitive which covers the following .NET types:bytefloatdoubleshortushortintuintlongulongInt128UInt128Additional consideration will be made for
BigIntegerin the future, but for now it's been decided that the baseline types are all that should be delivered with the initial release.
