PR adds in functions to get hospitalization data from healthdata.gov API and vaccination data from cdc.gov API. Pkg checks OK locally, and CI indicates everything works on mac/win, but getting a cryptic issue on linux. Not sure why. Anyone in @signaturescience/focus who knows anything about debugging the GH actions to install whatever's needed in that ubuntu check, let me know. Using the latest usethis::use_github_action_check_standard() to generate the GH actions.
