Officially deprecate the
collect/cpuplugin in favor of thecpumonitor. Thecollectd/cpuplugin will be removed in a future release of the collector.The
collectd/cpuplugin was originally marked as deprecated in Jan 2020 with signalfx/signalfx-agent#1147.
