Description of the issue/feature this PR addresses
This PR allows to create patients inside client folders when enabled:
Current behavior before PR
Patients can be only created in global Patients folder
Desired behavior after PR is merged
Patients can be created in clients folder as well

I confirm I have tested this PR thoroughly and coded it according to PEP8
and Plone's Python styleguide standards.
