The Biome Compass plugin has two permissions that can be used to control who can use and craft the compass on your server. These permissions are:

biomecompass.use: Players with this permission can use the Biome Compass to search for biomes. This permission is given to all players by default. -
biomecompass.craft: Players with this permission can craft the Biome Compass using the recipe shown in the "Crafting a Biome Compass" page in the wiki. This permission is given to all players by default.
To grant or revoke these permissions, you can use a plugin such as LuckPerms. You can use these permissions to create different gameplay scenarios or reward systems on your server.
