We need this update to fix the job on the buildfarm since the latest bump to Fast-DDS 2.13.x: https://build.ros2.org/view/Rci/job/Rci__nightly-performance_ubuntu_jammy_amd64/
Per the discussion in #41, this will only temporarily fix it, and this will likely break when we update to Fast-CDR 2.0. But we can cross that bridge when we get there.
This will fix #41 .
