I would like to make some additions to the WBC release 2.5

  • new small features
  • cleanup
  • improve documentation

I will take care of the 2.5.1 release. First setp will be to align devel with master.

Add velocity momentum controller and WBC Simulink library
* improvements in velocity controller

* added new line at the end of the files
* fixes centroidalTransformaion and ComputeReferencesController

* fixed some typos, removed hardcoded variables, clean up

* fixed indeces for velocity limits

* minor fixes

Note for the future: we typically don't "Squash and Merge" PRs from devel to master, as the commits are typically already separated and reviewed when they land in devel.
