Updated

regen-ledger/app/client/cli/root.go

Line 57 in 750875c

WithViper("")

to

      WithViper(app.EnvPrefix)

and added

        regenHome := cast.ToString(initClientCtx.Viper.Get(tmcli.HomeFlag))
	initClientCtx = initClientCtx.WithHomeDir(regenHome)

which uses viper() to update the home directory when REGEN_HOME envar is used.
