Add duplicate functionality to Browser connection items

PR Description:

Description

Add "Duplicate connection" action to the context menu of Browser connection items. This allows quickly make a copy of a connection to the same source when only a few details are differ (for example, different PostGIS database on the same server)

Updated the 8.2.6 Tiles and Web Services table for Qgis docs version 3.40. Added the checkbox icon to all services since all of them have the duplicate option. Double checked this on Qgis 3.40.2-Bratislava
