Updated documentation. Duplication of connections qgis#9206

Updated the 8.2.6 Tiles and Web Services table for Qgis docs version 3.40. Added the checkbox icon to all services since all of them have the duplicate option. Double checked this on Qgis 3.40.2-Bratislava
