Fix ground disconnector and ground in FlatDesignLibrary (#602)

* Use parameterized test for ground disconnector unit tests
* Add flat library tests for ground
* Fix names
* Fix FlatDesignLibrary ground components
* Update unit test references
* Enrich ground disconnector unit tests
* Merge unit tests to avoid files multiplication (longer manual check)
* Update flat design unit test refs due to css change
