Cleanup and Metaschema Java patch

This PR does a few small things:

• Fixed an issue with the website deployment that causes the subdomain to de-configure.
• Removed unused code that was transitioned to metaschema-java, supporting metaschema module-based diagram generation.
• Bumnped metaschema-java to the 1.0.2 release to fix a Metapath bug. See Fix wildcard name matching metaschema-java#85.
