Epic1 GUI bugs

A few cosmetic but very annoying things to fix before release.

"Tag details" window - when you resize, spacing of things increases, and huge bits of whitespace open up.

"Create" bar

• too tall, make fonts and button heights match the tags above
• needs a "cancel" button, in case you start editing but want to proceed
• the "delete" button needs a dialogue to confirm delete.
• make "Create button" pale green

Select/unselect hits button -

• make tiny bit wider, so they don't text-wrap if it's "unselect)
  

Text on headers (Tag name, etc.), in both "Hit list filter" and "Tag details"

• Too big - make similar size as tags (only 1 or 2 pts larger)
• Make align better with tags
• Sort icons very ugly.

When you click on Discourse, you go to Discourse, but aren't logged in. (If this needs a separate ticket, please create one.)

Remaining "Create bar" tasks are tracked in issue #739, other cosmetic feedback should be already implemented.

Fixed Select/Unselect hits button, everything else should already have been done. The fix is in #723-fix branch.
