Modified make file to create the latest min.js files with no version number

Suggest to always include the latest minified js files in the dist
folder without version number in the file name. It’s more convenient
for developers to choose whether they want to work with the latest
version or a specific one.

Thanks for the pull request. This is something that is desired but there are a few other items we would like to address at the same time:

• add bower.json descriptor to facilitate loading module with bower package manager #365 Add bower support (Issue #365) #366 To add support for Bower, this dist folder needs to include the License file and other cleanups
• Cleanup our release process. #361 Clean up the make release code so that dist is only used when we release a new version and a temporary directory is used (and gitignored) when we do local development and run unit tests.

Hope these can all be addressed in one pull.
