Given we no longer set an authenticated git environment in the staging phase of the release, we no longer need to include the GitHub token in the secrets environment. Signed-off-by: Stephen Augustus <foo@auggie.dev>

Follow-up to #2127.
Given we no longer set an authenticated git environment in the staging
