#1200 の処理のうち、自動センター合わせの処理が複雑化（およびsidemarginの計算が大変）しそうなので、ちょっとあきらめてjsbookに合わせるようにしてみます。版面設定自体はパラメータでできるので、カスタムしたい人にはこれでも機能として劣化はしていないかと思います。
