What does this PR do?
#7113 introduced
uvin our Docker containers. This run confirmed that everything worked withuv(version 0.1.11): https://github.com/huggingface/diffusers/actions/runs/8063807103.However, the currently version (0.1.13) is breaking it: https://github.com/huggingface/diffusers/actions/runs/8104362499.
Hence, this PR pins the
uvversion for now. Related thread onuv: astral-sh/uv#2010.
