I love working with your modular mixers and I like their versatility. I was wondering if you can add HiPass/LowPass filters options on all the mixers. I do a lot of Sample and Hold compositions and the low notes takes up a lot of low end energy and mudding up my mixes. I am finding myself having to add more modular Eq's that eats CPU and space. All I need is a HiPass/LowPass filter with a 2 - 4 pole rolloff. Is that asking too much.

I'll prototype input filters on one of the mixers and see how it feels. It might take some time as I'm super busy right now. Thank you again for all the great music you make using these mixers (and other mixers).

One thing I've found great about modular mixers is that you can sometimes throw polyphonic capable filters and effects on the BUS IN/BUS OUT line. For example, a new plugin called Rackwindows has a Capacitor module that can be placed anywhere in your mix. Just slip it between your modular mixers where needed to provide a really nice sounding (slightly colored) high pass and low pass filter.

By the way, I'm still enjoying your compositions. You must be one of the most prolific artists out there.

Anywhere in your mix. This example shows it only after the first mixer strip. But you can apply it after all drum strips, for example, or after all your mixer strips before sends to reverbs. I've used it on a few of my patches to tame something or for the big low pass/high pass fade effects. Adding polyphonic effects or (Bus Depots) to groups of mixer strips this way can be really powerful.

Here's another way to add filters using modular mixers. In this case instead of filters you'll see Vult EQ's after little mixer groups and Road being used to create the mixer groups.

Thanks again for the tunes!
