In #29125 I simply set the
inputChannelIdto thetarget_identifierand that inadvertently routed non-Slack metric alert actions to validate the "channel ID" (that wasn't a channel ID at all). Now it'll only be set for Slack actions.Fixes SENTRY-SCM
