@simianhacker The easiest way to trigger the condition is by negating license error ! isLicenseError https://github.com/elastic/kibana/pull/131232/files#diff-9f2cf90e5c22b046eeb39e1303d391cbea44e5cf4075627f0b7957b53e3e6201R49. I basically ported existing functionality and that's how I debugged it
