Plugins that offer saved objects may choose not to register themselves in the "management" section of Kibana and so the link offered by the saved-object-finder directive can be irrelevant and lead to nowhere. Here we see an example where the Graph plugin shows a link that doesn't work.

The proposal is that a new flag on the saved-object-finder directive is used to control if this management link is shown:

load_workspace html _users_mark_documents_work_githubprojects_x-plugins_kibana_plugins_graph

Setting this to true would remove the management link from the display.
