Resolves #7978
This updates EUI's
peerDependenciesto accepttypescriptversion~4.5.3as well as version^5. TypeScript 5 support has been added in #7340 but not upgraded to globally due to issues with prop table generation in the original documentation website. We've been using TypeScript 5 in EUI+ docs with no problems, and it's safe to accept it as a peer dependency version and let other projects use it.Note that the changelog for this PR says
Added support for TypeScript 5even though we quietly supported it for a while now. This makes it official.
