Update credits and copyright holders in license

This PR includes:

• updating the copyright holders adding Personal Robotics Lab and Open Source Robotics Foundation
• adding Siddhartha S. Srinivasa to the list of the contributors as a project advisor
• simplifying the list of copyright holders by replacing it with a statement that refers to the main license file at the root directory
