Expected Behavior

Workflow should run successfully on MacOS

Actual Behavior

This workflow is broken since several run now. Same issue is happening with QuickStart's Repo as well.
It is happening with all below versions of the action being used -
docker-practice/actions-setup-docker@1.0.8
docker-practice/actions-setup-docker@1.0.10
docker-practice/actions-setup-docker@v1

Even the CI's for action (https://github.com/docker-practice/actions-setup-docker/actions) that we are using also does not seem stable.

Steps to Reproduce the Problem
