v0.2 - Scalability Improvements

Improved scalability for implementing sparse matrix data sets other than IBM32. Still not using BRAM or larger external memory however, so matrix choices are limited by LUT availability. Also improved accumulator visualization by changing from base10 to base16 (hex) representation, and automatically adjusts rollover point based on number of accumulators in use.

Output data is valid and can be reviewed via binary LEDs or 7seg display via button presses.
