Password manager set to LastPass, still get "would you like brave to remember the password for ____"

Describe the issue you encountered:

Expected behavior:

• Platform (Win7, 8, 10? macOS? Linux distro?):
• Brave Version:
  latest
• Steps to reproduce:
  1. Go to a page with login form
  2. choose password from lastpass menu
  3. login and have brave ask to remember password :(

Should not get prompted if brave is set to use 3rd party pw manager :(

@tarasglek this might be a duplicate of #3109

EDIT: nevermind me- it sounds like this is distinctly different... you had chosen the PW from the LastPass menu and still it prompted

As a temp work-around, you can switching back to "Built-in" and then BACK to LastPass? Thanks and apologies for the inconvenience 😦

This may be fixed with #3540. I'll try to reproduce and ensure the fix does work
