DEVELOPMENT

Description

add lgsvl simulator button to the runtime manager.

Steps to Test or Reproduce

roscd roscd lgsvl_simulator_bridge
source quick_setup_sim.sh

Open runtime manager and click LGSVL_SIM button.

Followed the instruction in README.

roscd lgsvl_simulator_bridge
source quick_setup_sim.bash

And got above error.

I think it was old version...
Please execute this command.
