The regular expressions checking for TeXmacs (which, despite its name, is completely TeX-independent), only tests for old versions.
Older versions of TeXmacs had
TeXmacs-1.xin the PDF Creator string. Newer versions have usedTeXmacs 1.xand the most recent version, 2.1, usesTeXmacs 2.1.See also arXiv/arxiv-base#214
