Update this APB according to apb-base image changes #53

ansibleplaybookbundle/apb-base#36

Changes:

playbooks need to be moved from /opt/apb/actions to /opt/apb/projects
copy inventory to /opt/apb/inventory/hosts

Update ansible roles locations
bb68b7f 
The APB base image changed the expected install location of ansible
roles.  Update the installed location in the Dockerfile.

Fixes #53
