A merchant has submitted feedback that the Pay with Amazon button takes way too long to load, and requests that we investigate how to speed up load time so that buyers see the Pay with Amazon option faster.

The dependencies are managed according to M2 bets practices, general load time improvements can be discussed internally.

Closing this as unrelated to the M2 extension.
