The TB Genotyping example does not seem to resolve:

Sorry, I think I was a bit imprecise. The URL itself resolves, but I get the following error:

Document Subject

Unable to resolve subject ''

Is that expected?

not expected, but this comes from the narrative generation of the IG Publisher, I see it also in the CH EMED implementation guide: https://fhir.ch/ig/ch-emed/Bundle-2-1-MedicationList.html, and it is in all the other CH ELM examples.
