Narrative Generation of documents: Document Subject Unable to resolve subject '' #1055

In our IG's we get with the new document rendering an error, that the
Document Subject is Unable to resolve subject ''.

The qa.html however does not show any warning an we think it might be a narrative generation issue.

Fixed next release
