Step 4 : Client's assembly

This step is for assembling the client's pcb to the printed parts and finishing the clients boxes.

1. Take the client's base and 4 threaded inserts, place them in the holes and push them inside with a soldering iron (watch this video if you need help)

2. Take the client's lid, the slide switch and 2 screws and screw the button

3. Take the client's base and 3 banana sockets (like shown on the picture). Screw the sockets.

4. Take the client's base, three 3cm long wires and the client's pcb

Solder the wires on the pcb.

Now take 3 screws and screw the pcb.

5. Take the AA battery holder

Cut the wires, the black one around 5cm and the red one around 9cm

6. Take the client's base, the AA battery holder and a hot glue gun, and glue the battery holder like shown in the picture

7. Solder the black wire to the GND pin on the pcb

Slide the wire on between the AA holder and the side of the case

7. Take a 12cm wire, the client's lid and solder the wire to the right pin of the switch

8. Now take the base and the lid

Solder the red wire to the middle pin of the switch and the white wire to the VCC pin of the pcb

9. Take 3 AA batteries and place them inside the holder

10. Close the lid and screw it with 4 M3 screws

And you're done ! Now do it again for the second client.
