This PR updates the hub web page to Angular 13.1.3. There are also some changes to
package-lock.jsondue to runningnpm update.This PR also reverts a workaround introduced in #140 that fixed how picture tags were handled on a
mat-cardelement. This bug has been fixed in version 13.1.3 https://github.com/angular/components/releases/tag/13.1.3 in this PR angular/components#23678
