forklift.dx90.vtx & forklift_brokenlift.dx90.vtx

Fix invisible Forklift. Turns out vpk.exe ignores files with "multiple" extensions like these. GCFScape or VIDE work correctly to extract files like these. Cubemap non-HDR and HDR files can also have this quirk.
