Protein interaction - aggregation

The picogreen assay of compounds for this project was done by Dr Tina Leisner in the lab of Dr Ken Pearce at the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy.

The picogreen assay was later moved to the labs of SGC in Toronto, where it is run by Dr Sumera Perveen, who also performs biophysical assays (SPR) and aggregation studies.

Antiviral activity - toxicity

The antiviral activity studies are performed by Dr Jessica Smith in the lab of Dr Alec Hirsch at the OHSU Vaccine and Gene Therapy Institute. Dr Smith also runs the Huh7-cell line toxicity tests.
